Privacy Policy.
Effective September 7, 2026. This policy describes how Analytical Solutions LLC (" Analytical Ants") collects and uses information when you visit this website or contact us through it. We keep it plain: we collect the little we need to reply to you and to keep the site running — nothing more.
Information We Collect
Site analytics. We use first-party analytics, when configured, to record page paths, visit times, referring domains, and whether a request appears automated. The analytics process uses your IP address and browser user-agent information to create a hashed identifier that changes each day. Analytics records store this identifier rather than the raw IP address or user-agent string. This helps us estimate daily visitors and understand how the site is used.
Contact form submissions.
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide — your name, email address, service interest and desired outcome, plus any optional information about your team, applications, workflows, timing, budget or guided answers that you choose to include — solely to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. The optional guide runs in your browser; its answers are included in the inquiry only when you submit them.
Spam protection. To keep the contact form from being abused by bots, we use a hidden honeypot and, when configured, Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile performs a lightweight check when you submit the form.
How We Use This Information
Aggregate analytics are used only to understand site performance and improve the experience.
Contact form data is used to respond to your inquiry and, if we begin working together, to correspond about the engagement. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your asking.
Third-Party Services
We rely on the following third-party services, each of which may process data under its own privacy policy:
- Vercel — website hosting
- Cloudflare Turnstile — contact-form spam protection
- Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Corporation) — delivering contact-form submissions to us by email
- Resend — email delivery fallback
We do not process payments on this site, so no payment or card data is collected here.
Data Retention
We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting engagement, then delete them on request. First-party analytics records are stored in our configured database. Contact us at the address below for information about analytics retention or to make a data request.
